Funko & Playmobil Have Found the Golden Ticket

From two of the biggest names in toys and collectibles, Funko and Playmobil toys, comes a team-up meant to be collected! It’s the same stylization of the Playmobil figures you’ve loved since 1974… But twice the size!

Playmobil’s cute plastic people have been a staple in toyboxes around the world. With their signature simple faces and rounded shapes, Playmobil figures have portrayed doctors, cowboys, clowns, ninjas, robots, and more at playtime for over 40 years.

Now, in a historic team-up, Playmobil and Funko are collaborating on a new line of action figures that will combine the distinctive style of Playmobil with the pop culture world of Funko.

Some of the first offering from the new line include the original Ghostbuster, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Back to the Future, Dr. Who, and Willie Wonka.   The good one, of course,  with Gene Wilder.
