These went up for pre-order a while back but the information available was a little vague.  Thanks to our friends over at Marvel Customs Figure Taiwan Facebook page, a little more light has been shed on the subject.

The BAF for the series is Space Venom and the series will include, Ultimate Peter Parker Spiderman, Ultimate Mile Morales Spider-Man, Silk, Ashely Barton Spider-Woman, Hobgoblin, and Electro.  Although not as popular as Spider Gwen, this is Silk’s action figure debut (I believe).
