Inside the Toy Box sums up the past week’s toy news, top sellers, trends, pre-orders and any other great happenings in the world of toys and pop culture.
This past Sunday was the premiere of the highly anticipated spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead to record breaking viewers. The Talking Dead followed where everyone in the audience got the new McFarlane construction set, Dale’s RV. McFarlane’s constructions sets are a great alternative for Lego loving adults. Make sure to check out all of the other Walking Dead stuff McFarlane has to offer. The Comic Carl Grimes and Abraham Ford 2-pk Previews Exclusive just came in stock and GameStop also has some Series 7 and other Walking Dead action figures for as low as $5!
Speaking of Legos, for you Lego VIPs you can go ahead and get in on the exclusive pre-order window for the new Ninjago Temple of Airjitzu. The Mystery Machine is also a must have; it is never on big box shelves or in stock online. Not to mention it’s bad to the bone.
Of course, as we get closer to Force Friday we had another Episode VII toy leak.
If you are a fan of the new POP! Tees you can get them exclusively at Hot Topic. Yes I will take them out of the box and wear them, thats the point. The Grey Hulk exclusive is also in stock and use promo code SCHOOL for 20% everything online, including clearance.
I am a huge fan of the 1966 Batman series so I was glad when those Vinyl Idolz went up for pre-order. Those include Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and the Joker .
For you Frozen fans, Elsa and Anna POPS! went up for pre-sale as well.
Home Alone fans finally have some figures to recreate those famous movie scenes thanks to NECA. They have great figures so expect great things as usual. NECA also tweeted out the final product photos of their Series 14 Predators. The packages are mock-ups but the figures are final.
Deadpool joins the Marvel’s Retro lineup in case you have been on another planet. Don’t wait, this one won’t last long. On the topic of Deadpool, it looks like we’re getting another 3 3/4 version in Wave 7 of the Infinite Series.
