Sorry for my absence, I took a couple nights off to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I got home tonight to find a special gift from our post lady, this month’s Loot Crate and Civil War Collector Corps. I wasn’t too pleased with Loot Crate, but I will forgive them for taking a month off. You can’t hit home runs every at bat. Marvel’s Collector Corp on the other hand, I am quite pleased with. I just got confirmation and tracking for my “Civil War” box. Shortly there after, Marvel announced that the next box’s theme is “Woman of Power”. Looking at the teaser video we know they will some how incorporate Spider-Gwen, She-Hulk, and Squirrel Girl. There is also a promo image featuring Captain Marvel. You can check them all out below. I am very pleased with this month’s Collector Corps. The POP! seems to be the big winner fetching good money online. I am a big Deadpool fan so plan on keeping everything. I have quite the collection of Deadpool POP! Tees. This one joins one of the Target exclusives, Taco Tuesday (which I only wear on Tuesday), and Mercenary for Hire. I still need to see the movie but with a full time job and four kids my free time is limited. Hopefully next week I can sneak out and see it. (more…)
I am still waiting for my Guardians of the Galaxy box to arrive but I am already looking forward to February’s Deadpool box. I love how Marvel isn’t afraid to capitalize off of Fox’s Deadpool movie release. (more…)
