It’s the summer of new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figures. Playmates just revealed a new comic inspired Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Black and White Figure 4-Pack arriving at the end of the summer. The set, which will be a Walmart exclusive, features the four comic inspired Turtles released a few years back, just in black and white. The set will also include a reprint of TMNT #1, with a new cover by Kevin Eastman.
NECA granted turtle fans’ wishes today on World Turtle Day. They officially revealed their latest addition to their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie line, “The Capture of Splinter”. (more…)
Currently up for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Baby Turtles 1:4 Scale Action Figure 4-Pack is expected to hit shelves this March.
From the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie!
After wading in a puddle of radioactive waste, these radical reptiles are transformed into New York City’s greatest crime-fighting quartet! The Baby Turtles are still tiny but ready to train with their master Splinter. These detailed, posable figures stand 4” tall, making them perfectly in scale with NECA’s 1/4 scale TMNT action figure line, and they come with plenty of accessories.
Thefwoosh.com got the exclusive reveal of one of NECA’s SDCC exclusives. They are doing the turtles again this year and I think this set is better than last years. The set of eight cartoon-themed figures comes packaged in a beautifully illustrated, SDCC themed carrying case! What I also like is that limited numbers will be available to non attendees at at https://thenecastore.com in June! Be sure to follow NECA online on Twitter and Facebook for more details in the coming weeks. Start saving up, the set will run you $200. Thats a small price to pay for these great looking figures. You can check out more pictures in an awesome gallery over at thefwoosh.com. (more…)
The buzz was great about this set when it was revealed a while back. If you going to SDCC you could pre-order, insuring one you be waiting for you when you got there. It looks like a few of the lucky ones are trying to make a quick buck, and I don’t blame them. A set that cost you $100, is going for $350-$400 for both the turtles and foot clan. Individual boxes are going for around $175. Thats not a bad return for pre-ordering and swinging by the NECA booth to pick them up. (more…)
