Part of the 40th Anniversary Black Series, R5-D4 went up for pre-order today at Gamestop. He is set to be released on 4/15 and you can pre-order here.
Rumor also has it that some other Star Wars stuff goes up for pre-order at 12AM EST/9PM PST tonight/tomorrow over at Entertainment Earth.

Sorry we have been absent as of late. The real world sucks. Funko posted their unboxing video for the Smuggler’s Bounty Rebels box which just started shipping. They also announced that the next box’s theme is going to be a 40th Anniversary of A New Hope box. I am really looking forward to what they have in store for this box. Funko has really been hitting it out of the park lately and this month’s box looks like another home run. I really like everything in this box. If you want to remain surprised, stop reading. There be spoilers ahead.
When I saw X-Wing Pilot Luke revealed for the Star Wars Celebration I was hoping for more retro carded Black Series figures. Over the weekend at the New York Toy Fair Hasbro had the latest figures in the 40th Anniversary Black Series. Wave 1 is currently available at hasbrotoyshop.com. We are not sure if the release date of the later wave. There are also images of the latest 3.75″ figures and Darth Vader Centerpiece display.
