So now that everyone has the NYCC Boba Fett/Han Solo BrickHeadz 2-pack, LEGO is releasing a wide release, stand alone, Boba Fett BrickHeadz figure. Other new Star Wars BrickHeadz coming soon are a Luke Skywalker and Yoda 2-pack along with “A New Hope” Princess Leia. No word on when they are scheduled to be released. (more…)
Looks like we are finally getting a Stan Lee Marvel Legends figure. My guess is we would have seen one of these long ago, but likeness rights and licensing was the hold up on this one. You know Stan Lee is too cool to just have a wide release stand alone figure. He is a Build-A-Figure, so you’ll have to try a little for this one. It’s not quite a hard as regular BAF though. To complete Stan the Man you’ll only have to hunt down two 2-packs.
It looks like the first Hasbro exclusive for this SDCC has been revealed. They will be offering a Star Wars – Doctor Aphra 3.75″ Scale Special Figure Comic 3-Pack. The set includes Doctor Aphra (who will get a stand alone release), BT-1, and 0-0-0. I knew these were going to become fan favorites when they debuted in Marvel’s Darth Vader comic series a few years back. With all the stand alone films planned, I am not the only one hoping she makes her way to the big screen. In case you were wondering, they made their first appearance in Darth Vader #3 (2015).
