Sneak Peak of NECA Upcoming “Chainsaw 3” Leatherface Ahead of Toy Fair

Toy Fair is less than 24 hours away and bloody-disgusting.com as an exclusive sneak peak of NECA’s upcoming “Chainsaw 3” Leatherface.  I grew up on the great slasher/horror films and this one was looked over by many.  Check out the exclusive reveal from bloody-disguising.com: 

NECA has provided us with an awesome sneak peek ahead of Toy Fair 2017.

One of my personal favorite sequels, and one that I find to be highly underrated, is Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3. Director Jeff Burr’s 1990 film, preceded by one of the coolest teaser trailers ever, featured the most badass Leatherface of them all; played by R.A. Mihailoff, the third iteration of Leatherface was lean, mean, and holy shit did he have a cool chainsaw. (more…)

New Netflix Series Will Let You Relive Your Childhood with “The Toys That Made Us”

A new Netflix mini-series dedicated to the toys of our childhood is set to start filming this March.  The 8 part mini-series is called “The Toys That Made Us”, and hopes to debut December 2017/January 2018.   Although, they won’t officially start filming until March, they will be sneaking in a few shots from the Toy Fair this month in New York.  And if you think they are staying local, you’re wrong.  They mentioned in a short exchange that they will be traveling all over the world to capture toy lines from Japan, Denmark, China, and Canada.  They also said they will be making plenty of stops around the states as well.  (more…)

Street Date: May 1

A lot of goodies are scheduled to hit shelves on May 1st.  Merchandise for the Ghostbusters re-boot, Disney/Pixar Finding Dory, and the ever popular Shopkins Season 5.  We got our hands this photo of a pallet wrapped in a ton of new merchandise.  We have been known to get into trouble for posting photos before they are officially released so, until May 1 we will keep those under wraps. Trending: Transformers Rescue Bots Blurr

I was directed towards this because of the price point. One to definitely look at in this set is Blurr. Cost is  $10.66, and according to eBay is selling for around $100. I know people that have had great success on the secondary market with the rescue bots. Now it may very well be import based on what I see, which is driving the price on this piece but here is what I do know. (more…)

Target, DC Comics Team Up for ‘Super Hero Girls’ Collection

Target already claimed gender neutrality in their toy department, but I guess they still feel the need to focus on the girls.

Target has teamed up with DC Comics to launch a collection of merchandise based on some of DC’s most colorfully costumed female characters, and the new line is getting a thumbs up from comic book fans and parents alike. (more…)
